Terms and Conditions

To be an authorized affiliate of Local Coffee + Travel, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the Local Coffee + Travel service as an affiliate. By signing up for the Local Coffee + Travel affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.

Affiliate Program Terms of Service

By applying to and participating in the Local Coffee + Travel Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect the integrity of our brand while creating thoughtful, mutually beneficial partnerships.

1. Application & Approval

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Affiliate Program. All applications are personally reviewed, and acceptance is based on alignment with our mission, values, and audience.

Local Coffee + Travel reserves the right to approve, decline, or revoke affiliate status at its sole discretion.

2. Brand Alignment & Representation

Affiliates agree to represent Local Coffee + Travel in a way that is honest, respectful, and aligned with our values of:

Supporting independent coffee businesses

Promoting intentional travel

Celebrating local communities and culture

Affiliates may not misrepresent our products, exaggerate claims, or position Local Coffee + Travel in a misleading or inappropriate context.

3. Promotional Guidelines

This is a relationship-driven affiliate program, not a volume-based or high-pressure sales program.

Affiliates may:

Share approved affiliate links, graphics, and messaging

Recommend the magazine and related offerings in a natural, authentic way

Affiliates may not:

Use spam, bulk messaging, or unsolicited emails

Run paid ads using our brand name or trademarks without written permission

Use discount framing, urgency tactics, or language that conflicts with our brand voice

Post affiliate links on coupon, deal, or rebate sites

4. Content & Platforms

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their content and platforms comply with applicable laws, platform policies, and FTC disclosure requirements.

Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when sharing links (for example: “I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link.”)

5. Commissions & Tracking

Commissions are earned on qualifying purchases made through an affiliate’s unique tracking link, as defined by the affiliate platform.

Local Coffee + Travel is not responsible for:

Tracking errors caused by browser settings, ad blockers, or third-party software

Purchases not properly attributed to an affiliate link

Commission rates, payout thresholds, and payment schedules are managed through the affiliate platform and may be updated from time to time.

6. Use of Brand Assets

Approved affiliates may use provided brand assets (logos, images, copy) solely for promoting Local Coffee + Travel within the Affiliate Program.

Brand assets may not be altered, modified, or used outside the scope of the program without written permission.

7. Termination

Either party may end the affiliate relationship at any time.

Local Coffee + Travel reserves the right to immediately terminate affiliate participation if an affiliate:

Violates these terms

Misrepresents the brand

Engages in unethical, misleading, or harmful behavior

Upon termination, affiliates must discontinue use of affiliate links and brand assets.

8. Relationship Disclaimer

Local Coffee + Travel is a wholly owned brand of Bryant Avenue Media Group, LLC. Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship. Affiliates operate independently and are responsible for their own business activities.

9. Changes to These Terms

Local Coffee + Travel may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
