How much do I earn per sale?
You earn 20% of the retail price on every print or digital magazine sale made through your unique affiliate link.
How do I get my affiliate link?
Your unique affiliate link is available inside your affiliate dashboard. Always use this link when sharing the magazine so your sales and commissions are properly tracked.
When and how do payouts happen?
Payouts are issued once your account reaches the $100 minimum balance and for subsequent payouts. Payments are processed on a rolling basis using the payout method selected in your account settings.
Can I promote both print and digital editions?
Yes. Your affiliate link works for both print and digital magazine purchases, and you earn the same commission rate on each.
How are sales tracked?
Sales are tracked automatically through your affiliate link. As long as a customer completes their purchase through your link, the sale will be credited to your account.
Can I use discount codes or run my own promotions?
Affiliates may only use official promotions or discount codes provided by Local Coffee + Travel. Creating or advertising unauthorized discounts is not permitted.
Are there any restrictions on how I can promote the magazine?
Yes. Affiliates may not use spam tactics, misleading claims, paid search ads on branded terms, or represent themselves as employees of Local Coffee + Travel. Promotion should always feel authentic and aligned with our values.
Can I promote the magazine on social media and email?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to share your affiliate link on social media, in newsletters, on blogs, or through your personal website, as long as all promotion is honest, transparent, and FTC-compliant.
What happens if an order is refunded or canceled?
If a purchase is refunded or canceled, the associated commission will be removed from your affiliate balance.

Who operates the Local Coffee + Travel Affiliate Program?
Local Coffee + Travel is a brand wholly owned and operated by Bryant Avenue Media Group, LLC, which administers the affiliate program, payouts, and related operations.
May I use my own affiliate link to make purchases or subscribe to the magazine?
Yes. Affiliates may use their own affiliate link to make purchases, place orders, or subscribe to the magazine for personal use. However, keep in mind that your commission balance must reach $100 in order for any and all commissions to be paid.
When Will Customers Receive Their Print Magazine?
For subscribers, magazines are printed and mailed quarterly. They will receive the next available issue based on when they subscribed. For single copy purchases, customers should allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery.
When Will Digital Subscribers Have Access to the Digital Magazine?
Digital subscribers will have immediate access to all past, current and future digital issues for as long as they are a paying subscriber.
